- FOR ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS SURVEY PLEASE CONTACT Man Moy at Man.Moy@us.army.mil DESC This SSA is to identify potential sources for repairs of the Transceiver RT-1634, NSN 5826-01-581-8269, L-3 P/N 805D0602-30, Control, Radio Set, NSN 5826-01-581-7230, L-3 P/N 805D0663-05, and Indicator Unit, NSN 5826-01-582-4492, L3 P/N 805C0620-15, which are part of the AN/ARN-154 TACANS for the Army UH-60A/L Black Hawk and CH-47 Chinook helicopters. Currently, the only known source is L-3 Corporation. The Government plans to award a new five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity repair contract to meet its requirements for this item. The estimated max annual quantity of repairs for these items to be acquired is approximately 30 units for each item. Any sources interested must be able to demonstrate that they can provide form, fit, and function repairs to the current items. The Army does not possess detailed technical data for the manufacture, test and acceptance of these items. It is anticipated that the turn around time for repairs should be about 45 days from date of receipt of items for repairs. Sources capable of providing the required repairs are required to provide their written input to the U.S. Army CERDEC Product Realization Directorate (PRD) RDER-PRA-AB Building 1200E Fort Monmouth, New Jersey 07703-5043. This SSA does not obligate the Government to award a contract. No telephone responses will be accepted, only responses in writing will be considered.
