- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for Solicitation Number: 235104 for a Sole Source procurement. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Rheinmetall Waffe Munition (Nico Pyrotechnick) for the acquisition of Sound & Flash 1 Bang Grenades. **PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.** However, interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements may submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the services a detailed above. Responses may only be sent via e-mail to monique.matthews@associates.usss.dhs.gov. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining weather to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Submission of information does not guarantee this requirement to become a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All submission shall be submitted to the Government no later than June 3, 2010. After which time, a Sole Source contract with Rheinmatall Waffe Munition is intended to be issued. Late submissions of interest will not be considered for this procurement, by may be considered for future procurements.
