- Updated Technical Exhibit 1 Amedment 0002 T he Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Pacific intends to procure on a Full and Open Competition basis, a Firm-Fixed Contract for Bus Driver Services on Okinawa, Japan. A Performance Work Statement will be included in Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HE1260-10-R-1001. The initial period of performance is from 01 August 2010 through 31 July 2011 with four one-year option periods. The due date for proposals has been extended to 02 June 2010 at 0800 to incorporate Amendment 2.
