Description
SYNOPSIS Education Test Examiner The 99th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation for non-personal services for 99 MSS/DPE at Nellis Air Force Base, NV. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that an Education Test Examiner will be performed at Nellis Air Force Base in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA4861-10-R-B025 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Businesses, Woman Owned. The North American Industry Classification System is 611710. The Test Examiner is responsible for administering Electronic Exams, Computer-Based Tests, paper-based, and oral exams. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is U002. The period of performance will be one (1) basic year plus four (4) option years. The approximate performance start date is 1 Oct 2010. The total contract period will not exceed five (5) years and six (6) months. This solicitation is a competitive RFP and award will be based on commercial procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Award will be made using Lowest Price Technically Accepted in accordance with FAR Part 15.3. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to solicitation closing date. Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at https://orca.bpn.gov. The solicitation will be issued on or about 17 June 2010, and will be available to view and download on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website: http://www.fbo.gov/. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE MAILED. Be sure to check the solicitation after issuance to verify the correct proposal response date. All amendments will be posted on the FBO website.
