THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (R F Q) The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of Acquisitions is seeking responsible offers from qualified contractors capable of providing the following to the National Institute on Deafness and Other Communication Disorders: LABORATORY EQUIPMENT, REQUIREMENT: Sequencing Kit •BigDye Terminator v3.1 Cycle •Two 28 ml 5X Buffers PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Response to this solicitation is due no later than close of business June 6, 2010 at 4:30 pm eastern standard time, where a statement of capability provided by any interested parties state responsibility to satisfy the requirement by June 18, 2010. DELIVERY ADDRESS: National Institutes of Health, Rockville Maryland 20850. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Equipment Manufacturing. Contractors interested in satisfying this requirement shall send offers in the form of capability statements to the Initial Point of Contact: Keith Savage, Contract Specialist. Responses to this RFQ will be emailed to savagekei@od.nih.gov. Mandatory Terms and Conditions of Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 will apply to the anticipated agreement wherever applicable pertaining to any award generated from this solicitation number NIHOD2010010.
