Description

PR#23234431, ISSUE DATE 16 JUN 2010/ CLOSE DATE 16 JUL 2010 This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, definite quantity contract for NSN 1680-01-419-0965, Control Assembly, Quadrant, for stock. No option is included. Item Description is in accordance with Northrop Grumman CAGE 0JRC1, P/N 2-73832-21. Master Casting is required in accordance with Class I of MIL-STD 2175. Only Northrop Grumman product is acceptable. Solicitation is other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The intended source is Northrop Grumman. The NSN is configuration controlled, critical application and Air Force Critical Safety Item. Item is export controlled. JCP certification is required for award. Solicitation is issued unrestricted, for a total quantity of 185 each. PRLI 0001, Ship to New Cumberland PA 17070. The following terms apply: FOB Origin, Inspection Acceptance Origin. Higher level inspection requirements apply. CLIN 9906, Government First Article Testing applies. Delivery is FAT 275 DARO, Production 275 Days after FAT approval. A technical Data package is available in C-folders for reference only and may be used to submit a SAR package. Electronic offers are not acceptable. The solicitation will be available on or about 16 JUN 2010 and may be obtained at that time by going to https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. The technical data package will be available on DIBBS in C-folders at that time.
