Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), intends to award a sole source purchase order to PerkinElmer, Shelton, CT for purchase of Differential Scanning Calorimeter with RAMAN Spectrophotometer (DSC/RAMAN) system. The purchase order will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is June 10. This notice is not a request for quotes. No award will be made on the basis of quotes received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this procurement based on any response to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided.
