- AFT FAIRING ASSEMBLY for F110 engine, AMC Code: 2CPR Number(s): FD20301071600NSN: 2840-01-540-5528 PR P/N: 2131M78G01, Cage Code: 07482Description: The Aft Outer Fairing Assembly is made up of 3 rings whichare riveted together. Function: Provides a smooth contour of the turbine frame outerdiameter which allows for smooth flow of ducted air into the augmenter. Dimensions: 34 IN diameter by 4 IN wide. Material: Consists of titanium and inconel.Quantity: 45 EachDestn: FMS Countries Delivery Schedule: 45 Each beginning 29 JUL 2011Duration of Contract Period: 1 YearElectronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. QR: Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or themanufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award inaccordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation identifies theoffice where additional information can be obtained concerningqualification requirements as cited in each individual solicitation.All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, orquotation which shall be considered by the agency.One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the FreeTrade Agreements. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors orpotential Offerors during the proposal development phase of thisacquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish theauthority of the program director or contracting officer, but tocommunicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, andrecommendations to the appropriate government personnel. Whenrequested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as tosource of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in theevaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interestedparties are invited to call the Ombudsman at (405) 734-8253. DO NOT CALLTHIS NUMBER FOR SOLICITATION REQUESTS. Based upon market research, the Government is not using policiescontained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in itssolicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interestedparties may identify to the contracting officer their interest andcapability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercialitem within 15 days of this notice.Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. Request forWritten Quotation/Proposal will be issued. Only written or faxedrequest received directly from the requestors are acceptable. Theanticipated award date will be 60 to 90 days after the issuance of thisnotice. Data will be available on the Fed Biz Opps website.
