- Flood Plain Map Delineated Area USDA CCE ITS Electrical Requirements DR Reg 3902-001 DR Reg 3901-001 GSA Form 12001 GSA Form 12000 GSA Form 1364 GSA Form 1217 PreLease Building Security Plan GSA Form 3518A GSA Form 3517A GSA Form 3516A Lampasas Field Office SFO The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA-NRCS) is seeking to lease approximately 2,615 rentable square feet of space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 2075 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet to a maximum of 2,490 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Space must be located within the city limits of Lampasas, Texas. The site must have easy access to primary roads. The building must meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and include paved parking space for 24 vehicles. Lease period will be for one (1) five-year firm term with five (5) one-year renewal options. Lease is to include janitorial services, buildings and grounds maintenance, taxes, sewer, water, and all utilities. The government will only consider office space in existing building.
