Description: The Western Region of the USGS intends to award a non-competitive contract to the North Pacific Wildlife Consulting, LLC of Anchorage, AK. Services will include the acquisition of permits to import and deploy USGS provided satellite linked radio tags; organize and conduct field efforts to deploy the tags; and communicate details of tag deployment to the USGS. NPWC will also provide guidance and assistance in securing Russian permits. NPWC has unique knowledge of conducting marine mammal radio tagging projects in the Russian Far East.
