- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912L7-10-T-0020 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41. The Tennessee Army National Guard has the following requirements. This requirement is being advertised as unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423450 with a Small Business Size Standard of one hundred employees. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by this Agency. The following clauses are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, FAR 52-212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5 (Dev) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items (JUN 2006) (Deviation) and DFARS 252.212-7001 Contract Terms, Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items (JUL 2006) (Deviation). Quotes are due in this office no later than Wednesday, June 9th, 2010 at 4:30 pm local CST. The quotes can be emailed to ronald.clark1@ng.army.mil or facsimile to 615-313-2659. Point of Contact referencing this solicitation is Ronald Clark at 615-313-0778. Offers will be evaluated using the evaluation criteria outlined in FAR 13. This commercial item is a backpack this is called a Military STOMP Portable Hospital Extensive and Intensive Medic Care Bag. The bag is completely stocked with medical supplies. Measures 20(inches) tall 13(inches) across, 11(inches) wide. Outside flap has two netted, zippered flat pockets. The next flap has several elastic stays, one large zippered pocket and four medium open pouches. The next flap has a zippered pocket and a netted flat pocket with two zippered openings, several small pockets and elastic keepers. The last flap has two pockets containing (2) color-coded mini packs. Pouches for two HydraStorm Hydration Systems External Features: Adjustable shoulder straps, web belt, sternum strap. Paracord drop pouches so you can dangle the pack below your parachute and let it hit first. Two grab handles are attached to the outside flaps for picking up in a hurry. They also double as drag handles. Hook & loop strip located on the back panel for attaching marker panels and other items. Inside panel is padded with closed cell foam. A.L.I.C.E. attachment webbing is sewn to the underside of the pack. Grommets in the bottom for drainage. Cinch straps are included for the sides and top to maintain load integrity during stress maneuvers. The supplies inside the bag shall contain the following items: (1) 16oz.
