The items, estimated quantities and required deliveriesare as follows: NSN: 4320-01-165-3532/4320-01-242-5153, P/N:PV3-205-39/AP10V-89; NOUN: Pump, Axial Pistons APPLICATION: KC-135,Description: DIM: APROX 12" L; APROX 8" W; APROX 8" H; 18.4LBS WEIGHT.MATERIAL: STEEL, ALUMINUM AND BRASS. FUNCTION: ACFT MAIN ENGINEDRIVEN HYD PUMPQTY: BEQ of 85 ea; DELIVERY: BEQ of 85 each delivered 13 Months ARO.AMC Code: 1R IDIQ Contract with a 3 Year Ordering Period, BEQ is 85 for the total 3year requirement, Minimum Order Quantity is 13 each and Maximum OrderQuantity is 52 each, with a Total Contract Maximum of 128 each. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directlyfrom the requestors are acceptable. Fax Number is (405)739-5493, ATTN:Lyndsey Shirazi Qualification Requirements: Current qualified sources are: Eaton Aerospace (Cage: 62983), ParkerHannifin (Cage: 93835), Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), Justification:Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limitednumber of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies orservices will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract actionis for supplies in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiatewith only one, or a limited number of sources. Interested persons mayidentify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement orsubmit proposals. QRs Apply. Surplus is NOT acceptable. This is a full and open requirement. All proposals received within 45days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered bythe Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete thisproposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely withinthe discretion of the Government. Information received will normally beconsidered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct acompetitive procurement. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policiescontained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in itssolicitation for the described supplies or services. However,interested persons may identify to the contracting officer theirinterest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with acommercial item within 15 days of this notice. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested insubcontracting opportunities in connection with the describedprocurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Specifications, plans,or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or notavailable and cannot be furnished by the Government. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policiescontained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in itssolicitation for the described supplies or services. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from Offerors orpotential Offerors during the proposal development phase of thisacquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish theauthority of the program director or contracting officer, but tocommunicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, andrecommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested,the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of theconcern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation ofproposals or in the source selection process.
