- This is the list of books that need to be to be provided in accordance with solicitation. This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3660136A001. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-41, effective 13 May 2010, DCN 20100519, and AFAC 2010-0402. This acquistion will be solicited as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 451211 The business size standard is $7.0M dollars. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7610. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5942. Requirement Description: 0001 - Library books please see attached list QTY: 1 Lot 0002 - Pre processing mylar book jacket covers/laminate covers Qty: 1 Lot ****Please ensure that all quotes are good till 30 Sept 2010**** Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
