- ITEM 0001: Master NSN 4310-00-693-2653, IAW PD10WRGBGBEA02, MB-8Compressor, is used to operate small pneumatic tools and to supportvarious weapon system platforms where there is a need for shop air toaccommodate maintenance functions. Requirement is for 5 each (1 eaPre-Production Unit and 4 each production units) plus data associatedwith the Pre-Production Unit to include technical manuals in the basicyear. Also included are 3 Option Periods. Option I is valid for 365days, 1-27 each; Option II is valid 730 days, 1-27 each; Option III isvalid 1095 days, 1-27 each. Materials: Various.DELIVERY - ITEM 0001: Place of delivery for Pre-Production Unit and 3ea. production units: FE4802. Place of delivery for 1 ea. productionunit: FE2027. Pre-Production is due 30 days ARO Approval of TestInspection Report; Test Plan is due 45 days ARO contract; TestInspection Report is due 240 days ARO contract. Delivery of productionunits are 180 days ARO approval of Pre-Production Unit. Delivery ofoptions is 180 days after exercise of option. Location to bedetermined.Drawings will be made available online when the RFQ is posted.The approximate RFQ issue date will be 14 June 2010; quotes are due 06July 2010. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation atwww.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED and nohard copies will be mailed out.Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory,explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. TheGovernment will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past PerformanceInformation Retrieval System (PPIRS). Proposals will be evaluated andaward made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP.OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACYAS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation whichshall be considered by the agency.All questions regarding the RFQ and /or the data must be submitted inwriting to Desura.Richardson@robins.af.mil with copy toTara.Odom@robins.af.mil.
