- Synopsis: The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about July 19, 2010. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Description: Full and Open Competition. The National Park Service (NPS), Washington Contracting Office, plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) N2723106004 for three separate tasks at the Horace Albright Training Center located at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon: 1) housekeeping services for student apartments, 2) janitorial services for training center, and 3) guest management services for student apartments. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210. Responses will be due approximately 30 calendar days following issuance of the solicitation. It is anticipated that one fixed-firm price (FFP) contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The FFP contract awarded will have a Base Performance Period of twelve months and four twelve-month Option Periods. This procurement is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is subject to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15, Contracting By Negotiation. It is anticipated that a pre-solicitation meeting will be scheduled for all interested parties with the location, time, and date to be announced separately via special announcement on fedbizopps.
