- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order for a refurbished Riegl LMS-Z240i integrated camera imaging system, with high precision camera mount, base plate, carrying cases for camera and lenses, cables, and AC adopters, to work in tandem with existing USGS owned Riegl LMS-Z240i equipment. Based on the above requirements, we intend to "negotiate on a sole source basis" with Riegl USA, Inc, of Orlando FL. Other interested concerns having the ability to meet the USGS requirement may submit a capabilities statement to the Contracting Officer no later than the closing date of this announcement at 2:00 PM PDT. All submissions will be evaluated to determine if competitive opportunities exist. Riegl is the only known source to provide this unique equipment. Estimated delivery date is 30 June 2010.
