- Description: Operation and maintenance of Government-owned water and wastewater treatment facilities on the Tiller Ranger Station and the Wolf Creek Job Corps Center and a water treatment system on the Wolf Creek Campground; this project includes one option period. Offerors are required to complete a questionnaire regarding organizational capabilities, personnel qualifications, work scheduling and and past performance. Award evaluation criteria include organization, work scheduling, personnel qualifications and past performance history in addition to price. Note: Prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in Solicitations) in the ORCA system.
