- RFQ - W912PQ-10-T-0038 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is available on the FBO website. RFQ Number W912PQ-10-T-0038 is being issued as a Request For Quotation. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26. This solicitation is set aside 100% small business. The cost magnitude is estimated to be $250,000 and $550,000. The NAICS code applicable to this RFQ is 336211. The small business standard is 1,000 employees in average annual receipts. This procurement is for a firm fixed price contract. Under this solicitation the contractor will provide a TOTAL of 108ea helmet hartops for M1101/1102 trailers. COLOR REQUIREMENT 15 EA CARC Painted SAND, 93EA CARC Painted OD Green w/ 3 Color Woodland CAMO. Helmet hardtops shall be delivered to P4900 Main Tank Road, Fort Drum, NY 13602-5036. Deliveries are to begin within 6 weeks after contract award. Contrator must be an approved and proven factory authorized supplier. Technical support must be provided for "Train the Trainer" program at unit level with first delivery. All technical requirements pertaining to this solicitation are contained in the RFQ Statement of Work. The provision at 52.212.1, Instructionsto Offerors-Commercial applies to this solicitation. Award will be made to the lowest offeror that is technically acceptable. The provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications applies to this solicitation. Interested parties must complete the representation and Cerifications at the ORCA website. Go to www.bpn.gov/orca to complete this requirement. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is mandatory for award consideration. Go to www.ccr.gov for registration. The clause at 52.212-4, Contact Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
