Description

(THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATINO PURPOSE ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER FAIRCHILD & MCCHORD AFB's MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC).) Contractor to provide at multiple buildings architectural work for weatherization (reduce infiltration) around exterior doors at Multiple buildings; mechanical work to provide heating, ventilating, and air conditioning; provide testing, adjusting, and balancing of the existing HVAC systems to meet the original design flow rates as indicated in the most recent applicable as-built drawings; provide for reprogramming the existing controls in the EMCS equipped bulidings(multiple buildings); provide for reset of chilled and heated water temperatures based on outside air temperatures; provide for supply air temperature reset to minimize simultaneous heating and cooling; based on algorithms accounting for thermal inertia of the zones, provide for optimum start/stop and occupied temperature set back/setup; provide for evening perge during warm weather to cool off the facility at night using cold outside air; provide all electrical and construction support as required to support new equipment.
