Description

PROJECT TITLE: Mingo Nature Trail Rehab PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment, transportation, and supervision for the placement of asphalt to approximately 1030 ft to a nature trial at the Mingo National Wildlife Refuge. ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, with a size standard of $33.5M. The Solicitation Package will be available via electronic commerce at http://ideasec.nbc.gov and http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about June 17, 2010. Quotes will be due on or about July, 2010 at 2:30PM CST. Please ensure you have a complete downloaded Solicitation Package from FEDBIZOPS before submitting your Quote and other requested supporting documents. SITE VISIT: Offerors are encouraged to inspect the site where the work will be performed before submitting a quote.
