- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-10-T-0087 will be issued upon determination. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-C9D. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 334220 and the business size standard is NTE 5.5 million. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows. ITEM NO 0001 ECCS Mobile Station Kits, ITEM NO 0002 Installation/Training Services, ITEM NO 1001 Lease of Sedans (Option One Lease Period), and ITEM NO 0003 Travel Costs. The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, supervision, materials, and transportation necessary to deliver two (2) sets of completely functional mobile station kits with all accessories, parts, cables, network devices, and associated software licenses required and perform installation and training services in support of 1st Marine Aircraft Wing (1st MAW), Okinawa, Japan. THE BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS SPECIFIED UNDER "ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1, INSTRUCTIONSS TO OFFEROR" IN THIS SOLILICIATION TO BE CONSIDERED AS RESPONSIBLE OFFERORS. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following web site http://www.neco.navy.mil and or http://www1.fbo.gov under solicitation M67400-10-T-0087. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Upon the submission of the solicitation, it is required to attach the check list provided on the synopsis.
