- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Data Acquisition System, Dewetron Model DEW-801-B1. Standalone turnkey data acquisition system, including 32 channels of analog inputs, 16 channels of digital inputs, time correlated video capture, and IRIG-B timing synchronization with Microsoft Windows XP Professional and Dewesoft Data Acquisition Software. (Quantity - 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Dewetron Inc., 10 High Street, Suite K, Wakefield, RI 02879-3144 due to unique capability and compatibility with existing equipment. The Dewetron Model DEW-801-B1 has an unique data storage format that couples both digitized sensor data and time-synchronized video into a single data presentation. The proposed system data format is entirely compatible with existing Dewetron Model 900s. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
