- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 3), James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Bronx New York, Network Acquisitions and Logistics program is currently seeking firms, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Hubzone, 8(A) OR Small Business with the ability to provide Automated Door Preventive Maintenance & Inspection Services At The VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System, Castle Point and FDR Montrose Campuses. The Schedule of Doors and locations for both campuses follows: SCHEDULE OF DOORS AND LOCATIONS Montrose Door List Building 1 (13) doors Building 2 (8) doors (includes connecting corridor) Building 3 (16) doors (includes connecting corridor) Building 4 (3) doors Building 6 (5) doors Building 12 (12) doors (includes connecting corridor) Building 13 (6) doors Building 14 (1) door - Voluntary Building 15 (3) doors (includes connecting corridor) Building 26 (5) doors (includes connecting corridor) Building 27 (1) door - Chapel Total 73 Castle Point Door List Building 13 (2) doors Building 9 (2) doors Building 15 (4) doors (includes connecting corridor) Building 16 (3) doors (includes connecting corridor) Building 17 (6) doors (includes connecting corridor) Building 18 (8) doors (includes connecting corridor) Building 23 (1) doors (includes connecting corridor) Building 11-Wing (6) doors (includes connecting corridor) Building 19 (18) doors (includes connecting corridor) Total 51 The contractor shall furnish all material, labor, supervision, tools and equipment necessary to provide a full preventive maintenance program, including all inspections, adjustments, tests, troubleshooting, parts replacement and repairs necessary to keep the equipment in continuous use at their initial performance ability as originally specified by the equipment manufacturer, and as modified thereafter. All adjustments, repairs and modifications must be in strict compliance with regulatory agencies. Services shall be completed by component mechanics with documented qualifications, which should include training and experience on the specific type of equipment. All work performed shall be journeyman level in accordance with good commercial practice in the medical care industry. Firms desiring consideration shall email directly to the Contracting Officer referencing the following in the subject field, "HVHCS Automated Door PMI VA-243-10-RQ-0426".
