- Solicitation N00421-10-T-0218 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with Technical Data Analysis, Inc. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are **CLIN 0001, perform and review stress, fatigue, crack, growth load and dynamic analysis reviews. Provide validity of the aircraft structure and lifelimits that are needed for the CH-53K aircraft for TDA, Inc. Award is expected 25 Jun 2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 15 Jun 2010 0900 a.m EST. may be considered by the Government for future procurements. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received. Fascimile proposals are acceptable.
