- The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), Dallas, Texas 75247 intends to award a follow-on purchase order to the Automated Regional Justice Information System, a City of San Diego, CA activity, for access to their criminal information database. The purchase order will include a base year and four option years. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
