- RECOVERY - This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project consists of the construction of sustainability practices consisting of green roofs and sensor mechanisms to monitor the performance of the roofs and rainwater re-use. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is located in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico in San Juan Ward County. ESTIMATE COST RANGE: between $250,000 and $500,000. SET-ASIDE: Unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competiveness Demonstration Project. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, and DRAWINGS: The solicitation, AG-4419-S-10-0736 will be issued via FedBizOpps, as an RFP and will be available for downloading on or about 6/28/10 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of a contract, http://www.ccr.gov/.
