G-TDAT Services Within Yakima, WA General Information Document Type: Presolicitation Notice Solicitation Number RFQ-TDAT-006-11 Posted Date: May 18, 2010 Classification Code: G-Social Services NAICS 621420 - Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Centers Contracting Office Address Department of Justice, Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, 320 First Street, Washington, D.C., 20534. Description: The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Privatized Corrections Contracting, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services. Services are to be performed within the city limits of Yakima, WA. The solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business. The contractor's philosophy and techniques must be based on cognitive behavioral therapy; and must have documented experience working with an inmate population and understand the criminal justice system. The contractor will ensure that all personnel providing direct clinical services to the BOP, inmates are appropriately licensed and certified by the state of Washington to provide the services. Performance periods under this contract will at date of award to September 30, 2011 for the base year, with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on September 30, 2015. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price, requirements contract. The government will award to the responsible offeror whose bid conforms to the solicitation, is considered most advantageous to the government with price and technical requirements considered. Technical requirements will be rated on a pass or fail basis. The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP's) Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of work dated 2010. This solicitation will be made available on or about June 4, 2010 and will and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about June 30, 2010. Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer.
