- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to modify a firm-fixed price task order issued for Predesign/design/bid services to include additional bid phase services. This task order was awarded against an existing indefinite quantity for A-E services. The contract was competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Architectural and Engineering (A-E) Services. The selection of Bailey Edward Design was based upon criteria which included the following: overall technical expertise, and an internal analysis of costs. These additional bidding services are necessary under the current task order and have been deemed within scope of the original contract. This opportunity is available only under Task Order No. AG-5114-D-09-0077. This modification is awarded to Maurer-Stutz, Inc.
