- Pre-Synopsis: VISN 20 has a requirement for waste collection and disposal at the VA Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Clinic (SORCC). The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, management, equipment, transportation and other required supplies and services necessary to perform solid waste collection and disposal at the specified location. The anticipated period of performance is from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011, with four one-year option periods. It is anticipated the contractor will provide and maintain a variety of containers to be picked up on scheduled and as-needed basis. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 562111, Solid Waste Collection. The small business size standard is $12.5 million. This procurement is 100% set aside for Small Business. Offers will be accepted only from small business concerns, as defined in subpart 19.5 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. To be eligible for award of a contract, vendors must be able to obtain a Jackson County Franchise Agreement and must be actively registered in the VetBiz registry and Central Contractor registration (CCR) database. No further documents are available at this time. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is on or about June 16, 2010.
