- NACO Border Patrol Station W912PL-10-B-0020 This is an UNRESTRICTED, Invitation for Bid (IFB) procurement; all responsible sources may submit an offer. The performance period for this project is 365 calendar days. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 2362200, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, $33.5M average annual gross revenue for the last three (3) fiscal years. The FSC Code is Y119. The estimated cost range of the project is over $10,000,000. The solicitation will be made available on or about 1 July 2010. If the awarded offeror is a large business, they will be required to submit a Sub-Contracting Plan. The Los Angeles District Sub-contracting goals are as follows: 70% with Small Business, 6.2% with Small Disadvantaged Business, 7% with Woman Owned Small Business, 2% with Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and 9.8% with Hub-Zone Small Business. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of the Internet only. Amendments to this solicitation will be issued as Internet only. No additional media (Compact Disks, Floppy Disks, Faxes or Paper) will be provided unless the Government determines that it is necessary. An important notice to all potential offerors: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles has implemented a new procedure for posting solicitations. As of 15 February 2006, the Electronic Bid Solicitations (EBS) system is no longer used to post solicitations. This Solicitation No. W912PL-10-B-0020, NACO Border Patrol Station, Naco, Arizona and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as FedBizOpps. Access to the solicitation documents on the FedBizOpps website will be via a hyperlink. The hyperlink on the notice for this acquisition posted on the FedBizOpps (FBO) website (www.fbo.gov). The hyperlink will not appear as a website address, but as text as follows: Technical Data Package (TDP) 01. Project Description: NACO Border Patrol Station - Construction of a 450 man Border Patrol facility complete with administration, detention and vehicle maintenance as an upgrade and major addition to the adjacent and existing Border Patrol Station.
