- Metal Roof Coating for Building #2 (Cafeteria/Food Services Classroom). This scope of work is to furnish and install elastomeric fluid applied roof coating over the existing metal roof and the removal and installation of new aluminum gutter and downspouts. Also concrete splash blocks. Cafeteria/Food Services Classroom (approximately 9,250 SF) metal roofs leak are in need of repairs. Repair/replace damaged roof sections, components, etc. and re-coats the existing metal roof and seal all roof penetrations. The works includes all labors material, equipment and accessories to furnish and install elastomeric fluid roof coating over metal roof decks at Cafeteria/Food Services Classroom Building #2. The description of the gutter are from 0.0247 inch (gauge #24) thick zinc coated (galvanized) steel sheet completed with formed elbows and offsets. Finish downspouts to match roof panels. Assume downspout size to be 4" x 6" rectangular shaped. There will be a Pre-Bid meeting and Walk-Through on June 30, 2010 at Finch-Henry Job Corps Center at 10:00 a.m. (Formerly name Batesville Job Corps Center). The meeting will be held in the conference room of Building #1, Administration/Health Services. All interested vendors are required to be present for the meeting and walk-through in order for the bid to be accepted.
