Description

"RECOVERY" The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential bidders for a Firm Fixed Price contract which will consist of a boiler room renovation to include hot water boiler replacement, chiller controls an pumps, variable volume RTU, AHU controls, temperature control compressor, LP gas water heater, misc HVAC improvements and reblance air systems at the Fort Yates PHS, IHS Hospital, Ft. Yates, North Dakota. IFB-241-2010-3541 will be made available approximately on July 16, 2010. Project Magnatude is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00 The Indian Preference clause in employment and subcontracting is made part of this solicitation and resultant contract. BID BOND, PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONDS ARE REQUIRED. There is a $25.00, non-refundable charge for the solicitation documents.
