Description

Request for Quotation SF-1449 - Solicitation The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), a bureau operating within the Department of Commerce (DOC), is awarding a contract with a single contractor capable of providing software and maintenance services for the Bureau of Industry Security (BIS). Statement of Work as well as the applicable terms and conditions are set forth in the attached form SF-1449. The contractor shall respond to the attached SF-1449 by providing a quotation. Award will be made using fixed price with a base period of one year with two (2) option periods. NAICS code is 511210 - Software Publishers. Current contractor is Computer Corporation of America (CCA) and prospective vendors' proposals must be brand name Model 204 or equal. Prospective offerors must state whether their proposed product is brand name or equal. Firms quoting products equal to Model 204 must provide documentation sufficient in detail for a technical comparison of the products to be conducted. BIS is seeking the following items for a base period and two option periods. 1. RAC/F license, License upgrade, maintenance for base period June 30, 2010 to June 29, 2011. 2. Maintenance Renewal - Option Year 1 June 30, 2011 to June 29, 2012 3. Maintenance Renewal - Option Year 2 June 30, 2012 to June 29, 2013 Please see attached forms - RFQ and SF1449 for further details.
