Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-09-G-0005 on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors. This effort is to provide Joint Mission Planning System (JPMS) Post Mission Replay non-recurring engineering support to the MH-60R program, Naval Air Station (NAS) Patuxent River, MD. The support shall include collection of Post Mission Tool (PMT) requirement from, but not limited to, Fleet users and Weapon School. The collected requirements shall include all Post Mission Tool (PMT) capabilities that the Fleet requires on the PMPS MH-60 MPE systems. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Systems and Sensors, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. LM MS2 alone has the proprietary technical data, experience, equipment and special skills to furnish the supplies and services within the required timeframe.
