- CCaR is a computer application used by Air Force (AF) Acquisition and Sustainment organizations to manage their weapon system requirements, associated funding and reporting, and analysis of these elements. The CCaR program is primarily targeted to the specific needs of the CCaR software tool for all using locations across the AF, obtaining functionality software updates, sustainment, and maintenance of the CCaR software. The application provides functional/technical on-site support for the local customer and daily maintenance of the CCaR application and its Oracle databases for the CCaR software application.
