Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, tools, and transportation necessary to perform packing, containerization, and drayage of personal property services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement in Appendix G, Outbound Services in Schedule I, Inbound Services in Schedule II, and Intra-City and Intra-Area Moves in Schedule III: for the Eglin AFB area which consists of the Main Base, auxiliary fields, ranges, and test sites as well as Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes, and Santa Rosa Counties. The Period of Performance base year is expected to be from 1 August 2010 through 31 December 2010, with 4 one-year options (1 January through 31 December of each succeeding year), if exercised. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 488991 and the small business size standard is $25.5 million. The solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP) number is FA2823-10-R-0011, and is a 100% Small Business set aside. All qualified Small Business contractors are encouraged to participate. Award will be made utilizing Performance/Price Tradeoff procedures: Technical and past performance, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price considerations. Provisions and clauses are incorporated in this solicitation, and are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-42 effective 16 June 2010.
