- The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on the behalf of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Enterprise Information Systems/Operations Directorate, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) or 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Sygnetics Inc 2514 S. Rochester Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307-3817. Sygnetics, Inc will provide Rest and Recuperation (R&R) leave support services to service members and Department of Defense (DOD) Civilians deployed to contingency locations in support of Operations Enduring and Iraqi Freedom. The places of performance are: Rosslyn Metro Center, 1700 North Moore Street, Suite 1000, Arlington, VA 22209, Personnel Assistance Points: Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Atlanta, GA 30354; and DFW Personnel Assistance Point, Dallas/Ft.Worth International Airport, 1527 West State Highway 114, Suite 500, Grapevine, TX 76051. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of six months. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT 23 June 2010 at 12:00 PM EST. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
