- Description
- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because the procurement is awarded to a sole source under the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items (FAR 13.5). See posted J&A for further information. Minor Repairs to (24) dormitory Rooms on the first floor of Barracks building M-3226, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The Repairs shall consist of, but not be limited to: the removal of mold; removal, disposal or storage and reinstallation of all furniture and; replacement of all thresholds and door stops; installation of VCT over the existing tile; removal of the hallway wallpaper; replacement of electrical devices; maintenance and replacement of thermostat limiting devices; preventive maintenance of HVAC System; replacement of kitchen, foyer and bathroom fixtures; repair or replacement of closet shelving, windows, window sills, etc.; adjustment or repair all interior and metal entry doors, door locks and door peep-holes; prep and application of Knockdown Texture Finish to walls; application of paint to interior walls; installation of mini blinds, room numbering face plates; application of wax the vinyl floor; detailed cleaning and removal of debris; restoration of lawns, shrubs, sidewalks, and drives to their original condition after completion of work.
