- SFSIAQ10R0020 ITIL Foundation Training Solicitation Information Resource Management (IRM) is in need of a vendor to train IRM personnel in the framework of ITIL. The training shall cover best practices in ITIL v.3 with a focus on the delivery of quality IT services. The ITIL v.3 Foundation course will be conducted by a reputable and competent vendor with a track record and experience in teaching this course. The vendor will provide each student with a hard copy of the course material organized so the material can be referenced after class. The vendor will coordinate all testing with an organization certified to administer the test as well as notification to each student regarding passing/failing the test. At least 90 percent of all students must successfully pass the ITIL v.3 foundation certification test. The class will be conducted at the vendor's site in a location in the Washington D.C. area accessible by Metro.
