Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - F1S0AE0116B002 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and an additional written solicitation will be issued. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisiton Regulation (FAR) and Supplements. NAICS is 334519 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Solicitation is for commercial purchase of BRAND NAME OR EQUAL items. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC), at Edwards AFB, CA is seeking potential sources capable of providing the following BRAND NAME OR EQUAL requirement for AGFA, Supply, which includes the following requirements: REQUIREMENTS: SPECIFICATIONS FOR SPECTRUM ANALZER WITH RACKMOUNT KIT INCLUDES: • Frequency range 20Hz to 30GHz with internal mixer to 40 GHz (Mixer operation is transparent to user) • Resolution bandwidth 1 Hz to 10 MHz • Displayed average noise level -155 dBm (1 Hz) • Phase noise -113 dB (1 Hz) at 10 kHz • High Speed Operation o Measurement speed, 100/sec at 501 points • Additional filters: o Channel filters from 100 Hz to 5 MHz and RRC filters o FFT filters from 1Hz to 30 kHz o EMI bandwidths and quasi-peak detector • Total measurement uncertainty 0.5 dB • Measurement routines for TOI, ACP(R), OBW, CCDF, APD, etc. as standard • CCDF (Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function) analysis.
