THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, IT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. In accordance with the transparancy and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, the Government intends to post this special notice of intent to obligate funding to an existing contract vehicle, EP-W-08-072 in the amount of $15,994 in the remediation support of Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) site located in Timber Lake, SD 57656.
