- reps and certs to be filled out Quote to be filled out Instructions to Quoters The National Marine Fisheries Science Center located at 28 Tarzwell Drive, Narragansett, RI has a requirement for the purchase of the following item: Frozen Spiny Dogfish, Headed and Gutted, Skin on, Fins off, each fish 3-4 Lbs, individually frozen (preferably in 50 lb boxes) price must include storage and subsequent shipping on or about April 4, 2011. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order for this requirement. In order to comply with the debt collection improvement act of 1966, all contractors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration. Contact the CCR website at www.ccr.gov/index.cfm. Interested vendors may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Responses shall be submitted by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, June 25, 2010.
