- THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911WN-10-D-0003. The contractor shall provide engineering and design services during the Charleroi Locks Lower Guard Wall Construction, Monongahela River Pennsylvania.
