THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, IT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. In accordance with the transparancy and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009, the Government intends to post this special notice of intent to obligate funding to an existing contract vehicle, EP-W-07-104 in the amount of $79,655 in the support of Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) treatment and support at the Davis Chevrolet Navajo 185 LUST site located in Tuba City, Arizona from date of obligation through September 28, 2011.
