- Description
- This project is a stewardship project on the White River National Forest in Colorado. This project is primarily a fuels reduction contract with sawtimber and non-sawtimber removal from approximately 1396 acres. Contract work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of sawtimber, non sawtimber, and biomass of various species, road construction, thinning. Estimated volume is 27,628 CCF. This project is being advertised using full and open competion, and as such it is open to small and large business concerns. The solicitation for this project will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO)website (www.fbo.gov) on or about July 2, 2010. The solicitation for this project will only be made available through the FBO website. Show Me Trip - anticipated to be held sometime the week of July 12. The solicitation iwll have specific dates listed for the show me trip. Proposal due on 8/2/2010, and estimated start work date is September 2010.
