- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Aberdeen Proving Ground Directorate of Contracting, has a requirement for a Requirements-type contract for purchase and delivery of various types of sand, stone, and gravel. Delivery shall be FOB destination to be delivered to 5 different zones in and around Aberdeen Proving Ground MD. Delivery zones will be outlined in the solicitation.
