Description
AMENDMENT 2This is a modification to the synopsis entitled CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES, VALUEENGINEEERING AND TOTAL BUILDING COMMISSIONING which was posted on May 26, 2010. You arenotified that the following changes are made: Questions and responses to the ConstructionPhase Services, Value Engineering and Total Building Commission synopsis are as follows:Question #1: Is this project a new start or existing and if it is an existing who is theincumbent/s?Response #1: This procurement is an existing contract the incumbent is SAIC, contractnumber NNM06AA79C.Question #2: Is this procurement going to be a small business set aside? Response #2: Construction Phase, Value Engineering and Total Building CommissioningServices will not be a small business set aside procurement.Question #3: Is a separate RFP being issued?Response #3: NASA/MSFC plans to issue a RFP for the Construction Phase, ValueEngineering, and Total Building Commissioning Services.Question #4: Are all the positions, including the Commissioning Agent, required to be100% onsite at MSFC?Response #4: All positions will be on site at MSFC.Question #5: Projects within the SF330, do IDIQ contracts with multiple task orderscount as a relevant project.Response #5: Yes, multiple Task Orders count as a relevant project.The due date for responses is not extended.Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. Thesedocuments will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWWbrowser application.
