Description

RECOVERY; PROJECT NUMBER #36620 - FTR308A, Combative Training Center/Geronimo Gym Renovations, Fort Richardson, Alaska THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District intends to issue a 8A Sole Source contract with Tanik Construction Company, Inc. (DUNS: 140738506) in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-5(b)(4) Authorized or Required by Statute, Sole Source Awards under the 8A Program. This contract will be for FTR308A, Combative Training Center/Geronimo Gym Renovations, Fort Richardson, Alaska. The contract will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to contractor Tanik Construction Company, Inc. under Contract Number W911KB-10-C-0017. This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program.
