Description

IQC10165009011 NSN 1680-01-125-2841, proposed an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with (1) Base Year plus (4) Option Years. This procurement was authorized by purchase request number IQC10165009011. This is solicited with FOB at Destination, with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This is as Unrestricted, using other than Full and Open Competition. The item is a Control, Winglock. This is a part numbered item P/N 7-43426-5 (Triumph Controls, LLC (CAGE: 78710) they are the only approved source of supply for this item. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Quantity which is 63. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity of 18 is for the base year only. The Maximum Contract Quantity is 63. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per the website as of June 21, 2010. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). The item is not commercial per SAP interrogation on June 21, 2010. Surge is not required per Surge and Sustainment Website June 21, 2010. Progress payments are not included IAW FAR 32.5. ABVS is included. Delivery will be 160 DARO.
