- Solicitation GS08T10BPR0084, Amendment 02 Solicitation Amendment 02 The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions and correct an error with the language in Section (s) L&M as follows: Section L.1 is changed to read "Offeror's proposal(s) shall be submitted in electronic format compatible with MS Office 2003. Each offeror shall submit Past Performance (M.5.1) and Qualifying Experience (M.6) 30 days prior to the final proposal due date." All other Section L.1 language remains unchanged. Section L.3 PDF format is recommended for electronic submittals. Word submissions, if provided, must be in a format compatible with Microsoft Office 2003. Section M.6 is modified as follows: •· The number of allowed pages is changed from "six (10)" to "ten (10)". •· Pages beyond ten (10) shall not be evaluated. Section M.7 is modified as follows: •· Technical Approach as listed in M.5.3 shall be limited to the Technical Approach to Operations, Maintenance and Repair at the site being proposed. •· The CMM and Handiman reference is changed to CMM and Site Supervisor. Section M.5.4 was removed prior to this solicitation's publication on FedBizOps. Additionally the following answers are provided to questions which may affect the July 09, 2010 submittals. Question 01: Will there be additional site visit dates or times? Answer 01: No. Question 02: Reference Section L.4.12, Are we limited to just 3 Past Performance References? Answer 02: Three past performance references are required more may be provided if desired. Question 03: Reference additional sites, when will we see detail on the remaining sites to be competed under the IDIQs? Answer 03: Each awarded IDIQ holder will receive new bid sites under FAR 16.505 ordering procedures approximately every 45 to 60 days after the initial IDIQ awards. Question 04: Does L.4.12 tie directly into M.6 for each of the Past Performances information? Answer 04: Yes. Question 05: Does GSA have a standardized form on which to provide references? Answer 05: No, you are free to use any reasonable format. Question 06: Can a company submit both as a Prime and a member of separate teams under a different Prime? Answer 06: Yes. Question 07: Are total page count limitations separate for each of the six additional sites? Answer 07: Yes.
